Well, the process is coming along pretty nicely. With working so much it is hard to find time to work on it, but we are almost done. I had to wait on some injector clips, and had to fabricate some spacers and stuff. I will post some pics later tonight. I talked to Mark at SGP, and they really stepped it up a notch with the customer service. He had me overnight my emanage blue so he could throw a map on it, so it would be safe for the drive to Houston. That to me is pretty dam cool. I should be done with the install around Thursday or Friday.

Getting there. We are kind of taking our time doing it. The end of the month is always hectic in sales so Sunday is the only real day I have to work on it. I am waiting for my emanage to get back form SGP, then we'll wire that up. Today I am finishing all the intercooler piping and putting the intake and plenum back on. had to fab some fuel rail spacers. I should be done by Monday or Tuesday. Definitely making a vid when we crank it up. Here are some pics.

my cousin soldering (sp?) the new injector clips on.

Gonna have to modify this duct also to get the hose to come through and line up. I think it may be off from when my car was hit. Gonna cut it a bit more and open it up

Yeah having both. I had to cut that metal piece out to get that 45 to come off the blower, and I may have to mod something to get it to come out the duct also. I guess these are common issues? hehe

hehe, yeah work schedule was crazy lately, but I can't complain about that$$$$ These new 4 door Wranglers are selling like crazy. Anyway, yeah Im headed that way this Sunday, and MOnday it hits the dyno. I'll post my sheets. It roasts the tires like nothing in first and second. I need some DR's bad, which in return means I need 18's and not 19's :[ I think it's somewhere around 350 to the wheels at least.

because I have the base and don't have one. I'm spinnin 1 wheel, which sux. As for driving it untuned: I did a test run with it after install. A/F ratios are fine. Runnin rich with the 440's and the new fuel pump. I am not boosting it much at all. Staying low in RPM's. Driving it as little as possible until I get the tune. I have decided to go with the UTEC. I am still gonna have SGP tune it but not for another week or so. I have to check their schedule for the holidays. Using this downtime to install headers also before I go.
Thats good stuff.. Yes SGP is super busy! I dont think youll be able to get in till after the new year..
Hope you get in before that though.. Then post results pls.. curious
Also, what headers you installing? Do you spin only when making slow but sharp turns? or.....

That will be cool then. I'll prolly set something up for around the first week of Jan if at all possible. I'll have to call Mark and see. Car can stay parked for a bit no biggie. I spin one wheel anytime the wheels spin. Can tell by lookin at the white concrete in my neighborhood. I was thinking of going with the Nismo LSD, or the Cusco. Need to do more research. As for the headers I was probably going to go with Strup.
Nismo is built by nissan not cusco. In addition I have Nismo LSD and it is very aggressive every turn you take at slow speeds the LSD will take over and help the wheel spins but youll prob always have wheel spin no matter what because of the hp we have.

Ordered the strup headers. Tuning factory gave me a sweet deal. Gonna have them jet hot coated in the sterling finish before I install them. Should be here by the weekend. Gonna buy the UTEC and APS tall boy from SGP so that way i have bolt ons done before tune. Scheduled for January 9th, but we will see if everything can be in before then. May even put the 9-10 psi pulley on when its at sgp. Just an update. Hopefully by mid Jan at the latest I can post up some dyno numbers for you guys. Then I can start to tackle my traction problems.(LSD, diff wheels/tires for rear etc.)
