Just received my procharger kit in. Will be doing the install this weekend, so I guess I'll start a thread of the progress/results. I have the 440 cc injectors that come with the GReddy kit, and I bought a Walbro 255 fuel pump also. I am going to attempt to install the e-manage too, and I will be driving to SGP for the tune in a week or so. Stay tuned, I will post some pics and a video when it's done.

is it me or does the impeller look like it has a ton of machining marks on it?

 

I am pretty sure you can make more than 320 hp.

 

I'd be interested in what your fuel pressure is after the 440 and walbro... Mine is at around 80psi at idle and drops a little under during normal driving. Without the Turbonetics mod for the fuel pump you may end up with the same press..

 

You can definitly reach higher than 320whp with the procharger. The C-2 is a quite capable headunit if you ask me. There are a number of characteristics to the kit which however are design compromises and take away from the overall potential of the kit. Low 400's are possible with good tuning and a different pulley.

I am going to let SGP tune it, and I am sure they'll make some decent numbers. I plan to roll with the 7psi pulley for now and see how I like it, then if I want upgrade. I am not looking for too much power. I would like to get low 12's for now:]

Are you running a Walbro 255 lph fuel pump with no return system or stock FPR modification? The G35 sedan I believe doesn't need any modifications made to the stock FPR. But the G35C and Z if you just install a Walbro 255 lph with no modification to the stock FPR and no full return system will produce 70-80 PSI of fuel pressure at the rail..

I'm attaching a link to the Turbonetics Single Turbo kit instructions. Follow Step 14 A-J and L. That should give you all you need to install the fuel pump and modify the fuel pressure regulator..
