glad to see your rig done now craig. i got my pipes back now and mine running again too, lol. i was so excited i ended last weekend with $1000 in tickets for assorted things, hahhaa.
funny how the car takes a huge transformation from a stock sports car into a lean, mean ticket gettin machine when ya add a couple turbos to it!! i am gunna start working on a w/g relocation kit that will recirculate back into my/your exhaust system so you will have a choice when the time comes. i personally like the dumps, the cops obviously don't. so this product development is based on fines, and not so much performance!
glad all is good, man!

It does sound like a fun night, deal lord, what did you do to get 1000 dollars worth of tickets? You let me know, I can't wait to get open dumps and wish I had gotten them to begin with now. Oh well, thank you so much for all of your help and good luck finding or straighting out the bending shop!!!

You were right about the torque your exhaust produces, dear lord, this car is amazing and I really attribute it to your exhaust. I had ridden in some TT's before and only they had the AAM exhaust, it supposedly had 400+whp (not sure what dyno he was claiming power from though), and I promise you my car feels a lot stronger, he was also at 8.5 psi, I am boosting 6.5-7 psi according to Zeitronix and 6.8-7.1 according to the monitor at dyno4mance.

Thanks again, Scott!!!

The 446 number above was done in what Dyno Dynamics calls shoot out mode. This is a fairly close estimate of Flywheel horsepower and not a wheel measurement. Just a neat little tool that can be used on that type of dyno.

The dyno at Dyno4mance is a AWD 450 Lowboy model. His specialty among others is the EVO.

thank you

well, imagine, in the middle of downtown, girl in front seat wants to go fast, i, say no, 5 seconds later, hit the gas in 2nd, big boost, wastegates open, cop hears and sees me do this, lol. really more of a case of wrong time to floor it type of deal. oh well.
ya, i have had people come up from vrt that i personally installed their exhausts for them. when we left, they would then exceed their maf signal after installing the exhaust due to the fact boost would come on so much sooner because of the exhaust design. the dumps help applify the effects at high boost too.
yes, the bending shop guys are DONE. you know the deal. i may have a new person though to try out. keep in touch, glad to see your hapy with everything.

Were these JWT VRT customers? The MAF is pre-turbo on the JWT kit so are you saying the MAF maxxed out from the air draw across it? That would be intense.

what i meant was the tune that was on the car before had the maf clipped at a certain point. after putting the exhaust on, the maf signal was now maxing the signal sooner and he had the famed maf induced shut down, lol. yes it was on the jwt kit. but it proved a dramatic improvement in air just adding the exhaust. he was running the injen before, so yes, dramatic improvements were gained in spool time moving to my 3" system.

Yeah I can understand increased air flow and MAF clipping but the JWT kit has the MAF before both turbos so it never sees pressurized air. Even the bypass valve vent is after the MAF. So basically the only way the MAF sensor could be maxing out is if the exhaust increased the suction/vacuum by the compressors so much that it maxed out the MAF in total air flow. Not saying it didn't happen just saying its hard to believe/understand. You'd have to be seeing over 4.8 volts on the MAF to max out the MAF. Most turbos won't max the MAF even at 8 PSI of boost and 40-45 lb/min of air flow.... So the vacuum caused by the compressors drawing air across the MAF would have to exceed that. Thats quite a bit of air... Those turbos can't even flow that much air individually...
