Did you guys have a sponsorship agreement in writing (no need to go into the details of it)? I only ask because I'm not sure that without one you can legally just decide to charge him full retail as opposed to the the original agreed upon price. It's clear by your account that he's trying to screw you over, but if you end up in a legal battle you could have some hurdles.

Yes we have an agreement. He has had many chances to clear this up and all we get is excuses.I just want what is owed and I am willing to take what is owed. He has been in contact with me since seeing these posts tonight and was trying to deny disputing the shipping charges on his UPS account but he sort of gave that up when I sent him a link showing him disputing the charges Once you see your name in wiriting by a third party it sorts of sinks into your head that you are lying even if you dont believe you are.LOL. Now superdude is going off about the fact that he did not use astolen credit card. And he is right. That is the one crime he did not commit.

Hes gonna end up paying for it. Bottom line he shld cut his costs and maybey ask for deferred payments lmao lmao lmao lmao.. Buy law alone he would have to comit to the products that he has purchase or agreed upon by the agreement. So Its a matter of time.

I will back Tim up 100% on this story...Several months prior, This guy contacted us to sponsor him for the install.Of course we blew him off and never heard from him again. But then I Get a call from Tim one day, inquiring as to if we did the work on this guys car. So now I remember the initial Email the guy sent us, and put 2+2 together.. Apparently, I come to find out, this guy has been going around telling people that WE did the work on his car, when in fact, we never met him, nor seen his car.
To further substanciate this, I get a call one day from a guy asking about a G-35 we supposidly worked on, that he was thinking of buying. As soon as he mentioned the SFR kit, I recalled this whole incident and told the guy the parts on that car were in fact in dispute, with SFR, and we never did work on the car.
A few weeks later, this kid tried to sell all the parts on G35 driver, so I alerted everyone to beware of him and his parts, as it would ultimatly lead to the police confiscating the parts as evidence and possible charging the reciever with recieving stolen property. Of course, I got flamed for this on G35driver and the thread was eventually deleated..
This kid is in fact a scam artist, and will be arrested and charged with Theft, CC fraud, and recieving stolen property.
Tim, give me a call and let me know who is handeling the case, I will make a few phonecalls to a few friends I have in the State Police and FBI. Since he did use Stolen CC it becomes a Federal fraud case in some cases. This guy, to say the least, is F'd...

Car Sound and Performance mangazine isn't even in publication any more - hasn't been for about a year now... I used to write for them and can make a phone call to the editor if you want me to get the inside scoop if they even know this guy...

when things like this happen, it hurts the entire tuning community. ive fallen victim to people scamming my sponsors as well (makes negoiations more tough because sponsors are always weary).
he'll get whats coming to him though!
