Tim,
I still did not get the kit from him (obviously), he had told me it was shipped (a few times) and tried to get me to pay a 'down payment' for what he was shipping (I kept getting the run around on when he'd send the tracking number), ... of course I did not send any $, ... BUT I had really hoped that we could have squared this away by me buying the kit for him, giving you the money he owed, and sending him the rest of the money. He could have made good by doing that IMO.
Oh Well...
I still need that intake manifold and front mount though Tim!

Apparently, I come to find out, this guy has been going around telling people that WE did the work on his car, when in fact, we never met him, nor seen his car.
To further substanciate this, I get a call one day from a guy asking about a G-35 we supposidly worked on, that he was thinking of buying. As soon as he mentioned the SFR kit, I recalled this whole incident and told the guy the parts on that car were in fact in dispute, with SFR, and we never did work on the car.
A few weeks later, this kid tried to sell all the parts on G35 driver, so I alerted everyone to beware of him and his parts, as it would ultimatly lead to the police confiscating the parts as evidence and possible charging the reciever with recieving stolen property. Of course, I got flamed for this on G35driver and the thread was eventually deleated..
This kid is in fact a scam artist, and will be arrested and charged with Theft, CC fraud, and recieving stolen property.
Tim, give me a call and let me know who is handeling the case, I will make a few phonecalls to a few friends I have in the State Police and FBI. Since he did use Stolen CC it becomes a Federal fraud case in some cases. This guy, to say the least, is F'd...

No limit had arranged to buy the turbo system and intake manifold from Justin. Justin agreed to ship everything back to us.No limit would pay us for the turbo kit after we inspected it and then we would take the money owed to us and send the rest to Justin. However, none of what Justin said was true so the parts were never sent back to us.

hey so you say there is a reward? a reward for getting your cash? man get a bounty hunter and im sure you can have your money and some spare change in a week. im sure it wouldnt be that difficult. hes starting off like this at a young age why let it ruin the rest of his life by going to prison. get your money back and let the ****er go. maybe he might learn a lesson.

and besides i dont know how it is over where yall live, but here in houston the cops are more into writing tickets rather than lifting a finger to solve a case for stolen goods. so me personally i would say hire a bounty hunter. for a small fee you will get what you want.
