Wow Mike sorry to hear about the motor, looks like you already took care of it by the time I finished reading this thread. hahah

Good luck on the motor building process hope it works out, and if you ever want to sell the TN kit I might be interested.

Guys like you who don't think oil choice and filter choice are important are the guys who COULD have catastrophic engine failure because the oil/filter you use is pure garbage.

You spend $10k on your motor with a turbo kit, you baby it and treat it well, but then you 'feed' it with POS oil and the worst quality filters available? Not the smartest idea. Fram filters are crap. Always have been. Anyone that knows anything about oil and filters will never use fram. Purolator PureOne is good, K&N is good, Mobil 1 filters are okay, stock nissan filters are good, but NEVER FRAM!

Nice to see you've got another motor in there so fast lol

and for the 4th time someone in this thread will tell you NOBODY BLAMED IT ON THE FILTER. However.......filters like that are KNOWN to cause problems.

so, you use $7/quart oil, and a $2 filter? That sounds really smart to me!

Good job guys, crazy quick swap. My motto is. . . . . always carry a spare, you'll never know when you might need it. . . . . . . . .

Holy ****... That's an awesome recovery man. Congrats on the hard work paying off, and sorry about the blown engine trouble... From the looks of it, the last block is toast
