So when lurking the forum you only saw great results from VRT in Cali? There are many shops with great, good, and bad results within this site.

Figured you would have stumbled on the numerous Forged Performance, or GT Motorsports stuff.

Oh and also another saying Forged Performance in Georgia is the way to go esp. when you are on the East Coast.

Home of a great drag racing team, but as a speed shop a bit overhyped, at least in my opinion. Do not make any desicions until at least speaking to MRC.

I have seen the others...But I guess the VRT dyno's and thread started by customers is what caught my eye...Not to mention the videos on the site...Ive always heard Sharifs name tossed around on the site...Just wasn't sure where he was located...Thanks again

He's referring to the bad threads about AAM. Do a search. There were a couple of threads from unsatisfied customers last month and a whole bunch of chit came out. Although there are some threads about satisfied customers too.

I would definitly go see Sharif at Forged Performance!

While Sharif may not have the highest horsepower stock block Z or built Z for that matter he offers great customer service and excellent work. He has built a large number of the Z's and G's on this site and many others and if you are willing to drive that far I would do it.

GT motorsports is another great place. If you are looking to get your engine built all out and run huge numbers they are in a class of their own but at a cost obviously.

Gus is another frequent member of many Z forums, a cool guy and from what I know and feel is a good tuner that will take care of you.

I am wondering however, why didn't you consider the APS TT kit as one of your choices? Thanks.

One thing that you may want to keep in mind, it's best to use the tuner that you can get the car to yourself, in case of a problem.
