Default getting the stillen blower belt on? help?

i've done full belt systems on buddies cars and vans before but for whatever reason i can not get thes tupid blower belton. i got the right part from mynismo.com so i know that's not the issue.

i tried using a screwdriver, hot water, hairdryer, and all failed.

i just can't seem to get it over that lip on the top pulley.

i have that spring tensioner on the side by the way u just pull out of the way to toss the bad boy on. but like i said like n hour of effort and no reward. not doing so good recently with the Z haha.

so yea help possibly?

Maybe toss superchargedg a PM. He has the Stage 4 kit and should be able to shed some light onto your delima. And when you do get it on post what you did. My kit should be going on in the next month and any heads up on exactly what to expect are welcome

you are going to have to use a thin blade screwdriver, slip it under the belt and turn the s/c pulley while forcing the belt on.with a little patience it will go on.i would also rec getting rid of that old style tensioner and get the newer one.i did that earlier this year and all of my belt slippage issues went away.
