Cool Chevy Trans on a VQ

Hey...I need someone's to help me figure out where I can get a adapter plate for a Z. Here's a lil on my story.. I own a Z of course and I got the awesome opportunity to race a different Z for track events. Our project is throwing a Chevy Turbo 400 Trans on the Z. But We need the Adapter Plate to make it fit onto the VQ.... Since my personal car is N/A I don't have much knowledge on the performance differences in with the stock trans! PLease Help a chick out!!!
Thanks! Janet!!

i was looking at the ross machine racing one for a side project car we are thinking of building. the thing is that it does not have the provision for the starter. also, keep in mind the adapter plate is only the beginning, you will need a flywheel or flexplate that adapts to the VQ with the crank trigger ring and starter gear that also adapts to a GM style clutch or torque converter. Then there is also the issue of input shaft engagement into a pilot bearing etc etc

does theexperience.com have a complete solution? their website is down for construction ATM.

Last time the site was up, they said it was a complete kit and had provisions for the starter, crank trigger, etc and came with the everything else you need except a torque converter and the actual trans IIRC

Thanks for the Help guys... Yeah Doug is right... Its not for my car, it's for the car i'll be using at the track. As of right now we just got a used tranny for practice but with the final tune this car will have 500whp and the stock tranny isn't cutting it. Some of you people in So Cal might have seen it.. It's a Police 350z Car with the Turbonetics set up... cool cause too.. Thanks u guys

I wonder about using a gm 6speed as I love to shift but our gear boxes are geared horrible for FI.

Not to Hi-jack, But does anyone know if they are making different ratio's for our boxes? Looking for options

Thanks
