Not sure of exact conditions but is has been hot here lately, in the mid 80's temp and mid 60's humidity

the 476 run on the Mustang dyno had temp of 82 degrees w/ 64 % humidity and 25 ft above sea level. Done in 4th gear due to multiple runs for tuning.

the 507 run on the DynoJet had a temp of 84 degrees w/ 65 % humidity and also close to sea level. Done in 5th gear.

I did the dynojet just to get a second set of numbers and I wanted to see if it would hit the 500 mark. Granted the boost will be going up so both #s are good to have an idea what the kit comes with out of the box.

Looks great and nice numbers!

Did the bumper brace have to be removed? That's funny if it did cause APS use to talk so much chit about the Greddy kit and the bumper brace.

Thanks!

It gives you instructions on how to cut the brace to make it fit.

I dont have enough experience with the Mustang to give you an accurate answer. Maybe Gus can chime in with his experience.

Nice work Gus and congrats to Gator.

Is the block sleeved? What psi will you target later?

As we all know all dynos will differ even same manufacturer, but we have found at different power levels and different dynojets the average is about 10% higher on the Dynojet than the Mustang.

As for the motor it is not sleeved, we will be doing probably a 15 psi tune and see what we get, Gators2001 is shooting for a power number he will be happy with and we will see how we get there.

Awesome work Roger and Gus @ Japtrix. My tune is holding up great!

Any specs on the motor? What kind of pistons and rods?

The hp now makes fourth break loose. Gotta work on my traction set-up. As far as hp goals, I will take it as far as she'll let me.

The pistons are ARAIS 8.5 and Eagle Rods.

The boost setting now is more then the car can handle and it will be my main setting. Anything more is for the fun of it and for the dyno #s.

Very impressive. What is the CR of the motor? What is the proposed peak boost (race gas)?

8.5 is the CR.

Yea Im planning on throwing Race Gas in to see what she makes.
