Slight Engine Rumble

I was on the way home from having my car tuned and decieded to get on it. The car felt great (really Great) untill 80mph. At 80 pls the engine had a slight rumble. I decieded not to push it but it it defineatly concerned me. What do you guy think?

I mean, this is really not enough info to give any sort of educated advice on. Return to the shop and give one of the techs a ride to try to replicate the condition.
