all's im wanting is to get to redlne...6800 to 7200rpm
my whole intent was to find a pulley system that didnt need to be tight as hell , boost to redline , and so the stock pulleys[ bearings ] for ac and alt. wouldnt get wore out

I really am not sure why the belts breaking is such an issue on this car. I mean, the lotus exige S revs to 8500 rpms with a supercharger.
I guess it has more to do with running a lot of boost AND reving high. Though you'd wonder how the top fuel cars pull it off

I run 9 Psi with no belt issues ever(ATI).... I usually never take it to 7000 rpms though. My peak gain is at 6250.. somewhere around there.... I think the highest the ATI can go is about 12 psi before people were having problems..
That is with the right belt setup at least. Using any of the stock configurations for pullies I think it would be a struggle. Cog setup is one way and not unachieveble or a 10-rib would be a good solution if someone were to make one... in the near future.... cough cough
