Innovate Wideband Cal Instructions?

Sorry guys I can't seem to find my paperwork on my Innovate wideband and need to a free air Calibration.. Does anyone know right off hand step by step instructions for this procedure??

All the manuals are on Innovate's site. I hated my Innovate, worst wideband ever.
