600whp, I would sleeve it for now. It's right on the boardline of the "Tried and Tested" levels.

What power can the stock gearbox of the 350z hold? Can it hold 600hp?

We made 780 through it without any problems. There is a recent sticky in the FI section named "Professional analysis and pictures of our 6MT internals" where a manual transmission was dissected and analyzed. Appears the gears are strong, but there is room for modifications to make it drive better.

You will need a good clutch - and if you plan on dragging the car a lot you might keep axles in mind.

fuel system... we have had the APS TT on the stock APS fuel system ,Not the extreme, to 593hp conservatively. with no sighs of running out of fuel. and we run that same pump in our 500whp STI all day. i would tune the standard system and if you run out of fuel then get the extreme. i have just built a full Cosworth long block with the aps tt, as soon as its broke in, i will post the results and we will know for sure if there is enough fuel in that system. any other Questions I'm always available.

WOW that is very impressive that you made 593hp(whp?) out of the stock aps fuel system supplied with the kit, so I assume you used the APS 440cc injectors, Did you run them at 6 bar or something?? I have never heard of ANYONE making almost 600whp out 440cc injectors and no return fuel setup.

Please elaborate on how you acheived this goal?

Until then.....

My aps stock fuel system has 500cc injectors, not 440cc. Normally they are capable of 600hp, but I have some doubts. I will try it on my built block but in time I am gone change that to the APS extreme fuel system with 750cc inj.

The stock APS fuel systems run a 440cc injector when rated at the industry standard 3 Bar fuel pressure. APS rates that same flow injector at 500cc, rating the injector at 58psi pressure.

Running a 440cc injector to 600whp is imprudent. I suppose anything can be done, but running super high fuel pressure, and 100% duty cycle is not one of things I would recommend.

The rest of the APS fuel system is pretty decent. With larger injectors and better EMS, we've tuned them to 550whp very conservatively on pump gas on our low reading Dyno Dynamics.

10psi, peak at 12.3 psi.101oct,.. kit is rated at 600hp and we have seen no issues so far, but as i have posted elsewhere, i have just finished a Cosworth long block with APS so we will See what the limitations are after the brake in is finished!
