I was looking at the simplicity of the Single Turbo set up but to make it safe would cost me about the same as just getting a twin turbo setup. Might as well do the twins. Install is going to be a serious PIA though but I like a challenge.
The Turbonetics kit is a good kit.. There is no problem with it getting you to 400 whp and staying safe. If you are looking to build the motor and have more power than a twin setup is possibly the way to go.. I havent seen the Stage 2 kit from Turbonetics yet but that can possibly get you over the 500 whp mark but its still up in the air as nobody is receiving yet, that I know of..

what's so horrible about burning out your cats anyway? you just replace them. You can get stock cats cheap if not for almost free. High flow cats are like $300-600. That's hardly breaking the bank. I burned mine out because I was running too rich - most of them blow out eventually anyway. They're somewhat of a wear item. Besides, you'd probably want to run test pipes with a turbo setup anyway

I think an oil cooler is smart if it's hot where you live. It's 115-118 degrees during the summer where I live and an oil cooler IMO was worth it since it dropped oil temps 15-20 degrees just doing normal highway driving

IMO a CAI can help, but the intercooler is going to do most of the work with cooling intake temps anyway.

Big exhaust helps get heat out and never hurts IMO
