I really hate bugging them all the time but Booger and Sentry65 are the Vortech guru's around here. I know there are others but I'm always greatful when thye chime in with some helping knowledge. I would recomend to stay fluent with your oil changes and check your belts for wear and tear from time to time. Make sure oil levels are always good. I know I might do it too often but I change my air filter every 3 or 4 weeks.
I'd just do the normal maintenance stuff. The only additional thing you need to keep a closer eye on really is the belt. Otherwise make sure you change the oil every 3000 miles AT LEAST since that's what the supercharger requires. Every 2000 miles is probably a better rule of thumb - and check oil levels every few weeks at least and add oil as needed.
none of us know what you've changed last - spark plugs, fluids, etc, but I'd change the transmission fluid if you've never done so. Most people use redline oil in the tranny
if you change coolant, I recommend honda coolant since it's specifically designed for aluminum engines, where most other coolant is more of a generic type for all types of engines
if the stock clutch is working fine, then no need to replace it unless you want a lighter weight one that revs up faster and possibly slightly harder to drive

yeah i should have made that more clear, you need a lighter flywheel to rev up faster.
the flywheel at best will make maybe around .1-.15 second faster in the 1/4 mile depending on which one you get is my guess
