The intake filter is what it looks like in the picture. I'm not sure what my replacement K&N part was but the guy working on my car right now said it's virtually the same size. I was also told by GTM when I called them to just go ahead and order a K&N replacement filter.
Nobody told me I should replace my GOOD filter as well, but you guys think I should do this?
Thanks.

OK... Replace the filters today, and the winner is:
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Is a little harder than I spec it but is worth the trouble, the car feels a lot stroger at WOT, in idle if you stand in front of the engine you can hear the ssssshhhhhh of the filters hehehe

^Nice!
ZU L8R's replacement K&N filter is 2.75 I.D and yours is 3"...so I'm guess we can use both?
I'm going to check if K&N makes one with a polished cap on the end. I think I remember seeing it somewhere.

I don't know but this K&N's got to have more air flow that the stock greddy's... the car pull a lot harder on top end and is a little leaner on the A/F metter on top rpm's (11.2 @ 7000 and now 11.6 @ 7000)
I'm gonna go to the dyno soon, I bet have some xtra HP there

Looking good... I put 3" because is easier to put in the tube
P.S. I believe your tunning will be fine, maybe a little leaner but not a big deal... mine car felt more stronger in all the rpm range... try yours and post your impressions...
