Default APS TT and oil drain problems?

I saw a post a while back about this issue. Someone said that they had issues with oil making it back to the pan during uphill sections of the road. I can not see how this would happen from looking at the pictures on the APS website. Anyone car to share some more info? Is this really a problem or just one persons issue. I live in Colorado so we do have mountains out here.

let's just put it this way, a new kit, properly installed, will have a next to zero chance of this happening

Never had a problem, and I've parked on some uphill driveways many times.

The most important thing here , is the oil amount. If you fill more than 5 qt , you will have smoke. The right dipstick level , for me , is exactly "on" the L , if I have more than this , have smoke.
