Also I have a built motor, and used to have tn single, How much psi does it take on the greddy twins to make around 500 whp??? Im just asking b/c I am going to have low boost and high boost, and I would like to have a guesstimation in mind. Thanx guys for all your help.

The manifolds are the same, between kits, but as MRC mentioned, the very very early kits had tubular crappy welded downpipes, that looked like a 3rd grader welded t hem. All the later kits have one piece cast downpipes.

We also have a couple kits in stock, and will beat MRC's price by $1....just kidding!

I've got the old school kit, no issues here. Pushed the motor into the 5's with 11.6# WG springs and stock compression. With lower compression, probably around 12-13# should get you in the 5's. But depends a lot on tune, exhaust, cams, etc..

Yea of course of course, I just the only thing I worry about is the turbos, I really dont want to have to take them out you know. What if any is a common problem with these turbos????

That is a risk you take with buying used, but you are probably going to save a lot of money on the kit. The question that you have to ask, is whether the cost savings, offsets the risk of a damaged turbo, or missing parts.

When the turbos fail, they usually smoke and burn oil, and will require a $700 rebuild per turbo. So just keep that in mind when you are negotiating the price of your used kit.

Shariff is correct you never know the conditions of the seals and or the internal ( Center Section ) of the turbo. The rebuilds are expensive and sometimes even end up being more than buying a new turbo.

Is it a good idea to purchase the AAM oil pan spacer and AAM oil return lines with the Greddy kit? any comments on the APS oil pan with this kit?

Very good idea. Also, we offer our FP Spec Greddy oil FEED line kit. The stock Greddy oil lines are poorly made, stiff, they crack, and they will leak with time. Save yourself some money and aggrevation by upgrading the feed lines now. $120 for the lines, with all the fittings and adaptors needed.

built motor......500WHP probably u can obtain that goal on 12PSI, with an awesome tune, get crazy, and go 20PSI on an agressive tune, and these turbos can probably handle 700WHP b4 they blow, also depends on if there 16 or 18G

well lol I dont want to push that much power, honestly I want 500 or a little more on high boost if I feel like racing. I dont drag race at the track at all, I am a road course guy all the way, and tt is just better for the track and I will be able to run a low boost setting. My car is getting like a complete new make over, so its gonna be interesting to see the change.

Almost everyone uses the stock oil pan with the spacer.

The Greddy oil pan isnt too bad. Just couple it with the AAM spacer and return line kit.
