I don't know if I would have enough room with a oil cooler an PS cooler on the sides of the intercooler, not to mention I will be running the extreme kit. If not I would most likely copy your idea! :P

Yea we ran into that problem with my oil cooler setup, so we had to put it behind the intercooler, it worked out fine.

If you go with the greddy setup, could you put the BOV's like that as well? Also, do you have to have a built block to run dual Bov's?

Quad, SWEET setup. So what's the point of the dual's and that particular location? Is it much louder? Also, is it safer for the motor?

When you run two your not running it for sound but to prevent compressor surge, so the turbine doesn't spin backwards. Especially helpfull if your running alot of boost.

I have no more compressor surge with the 2 bovs on the "hot" side of the intercooler.....It is louder, too.

also, my drivability has improved. previuosly, I used to get some surging when driving around at low throttle angles. I think it may have had to do witht the close proximity of the BOV to the MAF on my pipes. Now, the car drives like " butta."

You'll need a 1 3/8" (34mm) HKS SSQV adapter so you can use the existing coupler and not have to weld it. Thats what I did.

I got it here:

some of you guys have your bov's mounted in some weird locations, I have always read and this is how it is generally done on the z32's that you want the bov as close to the throttle body as possible.

does anyone have any good clips of the Type RS bov? The HKS has somewhat of a high pitched wistle at the end. Is the type RS like this, or is it more of a air release sound?
