Question Vortech BOV Filter Install Q's

I'm trying to install the filter for the Bypass/BOV and it basically won't fit. My Stillen sway bar is too close to the opening, so there is basically no room to fit the filter unless I squeeze it in somehow. I am thinking of taking off the BOV and switching it the other way. Is there anything I should know before I attempt this? Thanks guys.

Thanks guys. Worked out well, but it was a pain to do the bolt on the other side.

On a side note, I didn't notice that it decreased sound that much. Although, it did make the blow off slightly less loud(Maybe this is due to the BOV flipped to the outside, instead of blowing off inward). But, when I am cruising at 40+ mph and my foot is off the throttle, the sound is pretty much the same.

I stuffed my filter..... loosely.... with some foam . Foam that has big holes in it . That took care of most of the whistle at cruise and idle .

the filter decreases idle noise and when letting off of the throttle if u are in the +3K rpm. While crusing u shouldnt notice much of a difference with it on/off.
