i don't know if this has been asked, but can the throttle body be closer to the plenum chamber? or it wont make any difference? if i just bought the upper part of the kit will it work on an N/A application?

We are looking to make 500WHP on a stock untouched motor at 9-10 psi of boost. There are basically three major bolts-on. Exhaust, twin turbo system and intake manifold.
