The kit was a perfect fit in every respect the only downside was the instructions were in japanese. Tell you what google translate became my best friend.

Basically at the moment the install is per the book. Stock boost using the wastegate spring which is holding it around 4.5psi. The pics don't show it below but nearly everthing and anything has also been insulated including the body work near the turbo.

In addition to the kit I have fitted the following

Ceramo Coated the manifolds
PE 510cc Injectors
Upgraded fuel pump
AAM Intake Spacer
HKS FCON V Pro with MAP,TEMP and harness
HKS Super Fire Plugs - 40IL's
HKS Oil cooler on order
NISMO Thermostat
NISMO Radiator Cap
HKS SSQV - on its way
Radiator - researching
Catch Can - No idea where th hell to fit one

The car was already fitted with a Amuse R1 exhaust which is still being used.

At the moment it has about a 95% tune in it and all I can say is the car with the FCON is super smooth. There is no hesitation WOT, Part throttle or with any accessories running etc. What annoyed me the most was that my Pro Dealer has never done a 350z before so we expected that the harness and supplied base map would be good to go to get it running. My a$$ it was. After a good 5 hours of troubleshooting on how the fcon will control the throttle and before we started modifying the harness we thought we would send an email to HKS asking if there was any gotchas with the FCON install in the Z. PNP my butt after they came back to us with about 5 pages of info on how the harness, fcon and maps should be modified it was all up and running So much for a $390 buck harness

The car is making about 310WHP on the 4.5psi which you all will say that is nothing but keep in mind these are early days. Need to get everything in check first before we start tinkering.

At the moment it looks to be creating full boost at about 2900-3100rpm.

Also a big thanks to Tom my local HKS Pro Dealer

Below are some pictures of the install..

Michael

Beautiful looking kit. It's a shame HKS couldn't configure it to work with LHD cars. Of course, I imagine it would cost a grip compared to the other ST kits here as well.

What are the measuring units for the dyno curve? I ask because the tq compared to the hp is INSANELY high. Makes me think you're driving a Kenworth

Due to the steering rack both the single and twin kit will not work on the US spec Z's. So far they seem to have no plans to make a US spec version but we will get a US spec version on the HKS GT Supercharger at some point. I really wish they would offer all of them for US spec Z's....

You will surprised that it will cool things down more than the radiator it self... i have tested that myself.. good choice and with HKS u will never go wrong good luck..

Any pictures of where you mounted the windshield washer pouch within the engine bay?

HKS USA has offer a version of twin turbo setup kit for the US market now. It gives you a lot of flexibility, however, it will also cost a lot more at the end for all the custom fabrication.
