Default Injectors? Need help taking them off, anybody??

I have 550cc injectors that I need to take off my car and sell before I ship the car to sharif and put in 650cc?? I have aam fuel return system. If anyone could please lead me in the right direction to take these off, and if theyre is something I should watch out with when taking them off??? I am pretty good with tools but dont know the first thing to do to take off injectors????????????(posted in the repair forum but got nothing)

take off intake pipe, pull off upper plenum, take off lower plenum, pull off fuel rail, take out injectors...

well the plenum is off so thats not a problem, just gotta figure out how to actually take them out, ya know with the fuel rail.

There is a metal clip that locks the injectors into the rails. Use something sharp/screwdriver to pry the clips off. Then just a little "twist and pull" on the injectors and they will come off. They can be very stubborn sometimes...so you will need to use some muscle.
