Default Need fast supercharger answers

I searched briefly as I wait here in the airport, so please be patient and bare with me.
So far I'm leaning towards the Complete Vortech kit as they say they yield a higher horsepower result and seems to have everything to run it safely. Anywho here is my situation....
I"m helping to research and setup a 350z for the Cannonball 1 lap of America.
What I need to find out is how to make some quick horsepower in about 2 weeks time.
So far I'm planning to figure the Vortech kit
and perhaps a couple other things to help it work better as well.
What do you guys figure would be the best route? Like I said I searched earlier but not for long and so far I'm sold on the Vortech unit. So if you guys know of anything else I could toss on there that would help, any suggestions would be appreciated.
One of the issues they are dealing with is whether to use a 2007 or 2006 350z (Track most likely, the fastest model we can get), someone along the way mentioned it wouldn't work with the 2007's since the motor is a little different, but it looks to be from my limited research to be the same ole vq35. Someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

Exhaust is also another thing we could consider so if anyone has any experience with the best exhaust along with this kit, I would appreciate that as well.
I know the whole turbo vs supercharger debate and all that, but remember this car has to be done in about 2 weeks so time is of the essence. The bolt on Vortech seems to be best bet.

Thanks for the help. I look forward to your inputs.

Interesting. I guess I missed that. What i have found on those sites that sell the kit is that the kit covers the 2007 models as well. So I'm going to look into more, maybe it would just be easier to get a 06, we'll see

I say Vortech Tuner Kit, UTEC, AAM Fuel Return, Oil Pan Spacer, 440cc injectors, 3.12 pulley, a good tune and you're good to go.
