Default Turbo, Super, or NO2 Safety Question

I want to start out by saying that I am not a "newb" that hasn't done his homework on this subject. I used to work with 4-cylinder Hondas (turbo and NO2) and now I have a real car - a 350z.

With the hondas, NO2 was not very reliable and a turbo was almost a daily driver killer (atleast in my experience). I just got my 350 last week and have been reading about Turbo/Super/NO2 kits on this forum and 350zmotoring. Many people say that Turbo/Superchargers are safe, many diagree. Many say that a 50 or 75 hp shot of NO2 on stock internals are safe.

Here is my dilemma. I want a daily driver (5AT) car with more performance. I am not asking for advice on NA because that is an easier topic... (bolt on and reflash). That leaves me with 3 options and I have even narrowed down the kits I am debating.

1. Turbonetics Single Turbo Kit (5AT)
2. Vortech Supercharger
3. 75hp Nitrous Wet Kit

Info on all these kits was found on a previous post in this forum:
http://cfzclub.com/FI_Write_UP.html

Will the Turbocharger and Supercharger make too much torque for the 5AT transmission to handle? Is Nitrous (when installed correctly) safer than FI?

A guy on here had a TN on his 5AT that ran really well to my knowledge anyways. S/C or ST or TT, it's really up to you but the general concensus is that if you want to go F/I then you need to have the money to get a built motor for if/when(some say when some say if) your motor pops. A number of members are running S/Cs on stock block w/o issues and TT set-ups in stock form are fine but people start searching for more power and blow their motor up. You can have the car remain a daily driver, but the more hp you go looking for the less reliable the car will be. That said if you drop in a built motor from the get-go you will have less to worry about.

Well all of your choices are fairly safe, but the NOS will be the safest of the mods. Since it is not on full time, you run less risk of anything happening to the car. It also has the least power (assuming you keep to the 75 shot) so it will also be the least stressful of the mods. I am not a fan of turbos on the Z unless you have money ready for a motor build. I am a big fan of the supercharger. I have a decent amount of experience with the s/c and run it on my own car.

if u go FI like previouse post sayd have the money to build ur engine just incase you blow. Dont go into anything blindly I did about 3-4months of research on these forums to come to my conclusion.

In my opinion I say go with the vortech 7psi setup and leave it at that. It is proven safe and has a warrenty. also then get a real good tune.

any of the above set ups can be safe as long as you keep the the hp under 400whp. usually the z's and g's that have had reliable set ups on stock blocks are in the 360-380whp range which seems to be safe & reliable zone, anything higher and your pushing the bonderies of the motor and are at a higher risk of blowing it. but the most important thing is to get it tune properly and at a safe a/f mixture.

I have always thought about getting a SC setup but putting a clutch on it like the a/c compressor. I haven't researched but maybe you guys know something about this. Anyone thought about it or tried it?

I'll probably end up with a "safe" 2 stage setup on my car, 100 on each stage (1st stage is the only one that will really be safe, but I'll have the 2nd for a little extra fun), progressive and a dedicated race gas setup for the 2nd stage.
