Default UTEC BCS Thread size?

I'm going to change the fittings over to -6 AN size ones with ss lines, I can't find anywhere on what the thread sizes are for the ports of the selenoid are. Anyone know off the top of their head, or have one in front of you?

The ones on my e-01 right now are -6AN on the topside and -4AN on the bottom side so just I want to make them all -6AN, just making sure before I order some new lines. Does anyone know the thread size on the tial wastegates too?

you should be able to go to the plumbing section of any hardware store and get 1/8NPT-1/4 flare fittings. the 1/4 flare thread size is the same as -4AN. the angle of the flare is off slightly, but once firmly tightened down makes a good seal. i know you are looking for -6AN, but -6AN (to me anyways) seems a bit large for just suppling vacuum source to your wastegates.

I ended up running 1/8NPT to -4AN fittings into mt TXS BCS. the 1/8NPT flare isn't quite right, but it seals up with some teflon sealant.

the 6 AN is the Perfect size for GReddy Application remember You have 2 Wastegates on the GReddy Setup so a T with a 6 AN to two 4 AN ends will do the work.

good find netshark.

I still think -6AN is pretty huge for the vacuum lines, but I see what you are saying about t-ing it into a pair of -4ANs.

I have been using -4AN with no issues, and the standard 1/8NPT to -4AN fittings have worked perfectly.

Sorry OP this is offtopic but what Stainless Braided hose should i get ? there`s 2 kinds one with 350+F and one with 450+F (few brands and they are not on Summit) i know the 450F is better but the problem is that i don`t know the temperature range of the Normal Rubber Vacuum line :/ can you enlighten me please

it seems that i might get all of my stuff from Russell but they have 2 hoses one of them only come in 20 ft and it costs little bit more.

do you know the length of the hoses from the TXS BCS to the Wastegate please ? might do same as your setup and get the pre-assembled NOS hoses and save the cutting headache plus its sealed better

the nitrous hoses are really nice and the actual hose outside diameter is smaller too than regular hose. I'm sorry but I don't remember the lengths. and after I did this, I added a wastegate relocation kit, so I had to change the hoses. I ended up making some of the hoses from standard -4AN hose and fittings rather than the nitrous hose....manily due to not knowing how long I'd need the hoses to be.

I wouldn't worry about the 350F or 450F hose...either should be fine.
