Question Rev-up Vortec question

My car is a revup and i currently have 550cc deatchwerk(sp) injectors, a utec and am buying aam return setup. Couple of questions would the basic aam return setup be ok or is the more expensive one that much better?, what is the diference, Would any vortec tuner kit be ok or is there one for the revup? I know the full kits are different but is that just for the tuning? What else should i get for a safe daily driver, looking for 400 hp now but will build engine eventually. thanks

maybe some smaller injecotrs? try 550cc.

vortec tuner kit removes the fmu/ss. Youll need larger injectors (which you have) and a tuner like utec (which you already have). vortech makes a kit for the revup dont they? You should be gtg!

there is a rev up vortech kit. Just check out their site. It's a nicer belt setup than the old design. And because you have a revup going to 7000 rpms, the rev up vortech will naturally make even more power at 7000 rpms than at 6600

The good thing about the basic return fuel system is that if you ever go with more power you can upgrade to fuel return system. The basic is without fuel rails and maybe a few more small other parts. So yes, it would be ok for those power levels. If you can, I'd go with CJ motorsports system.

the CJM is just a higher quality system. The hoses are made up of more layers and stronger materials than AAM. They also won't bleed and possibly make the car smell like fuel

Believe AAM changed there lines to eleminate the fuel smell.

For the power that you want, you don't have to do all the mods that you have listed.
