Question P1284 code thrown

This code came up as Fuel Injection Air Control Valve Circuit Open. Does anyone know and/ or have a servise manual to tell me causes of this and what exactly it is? The only slightly odd thing happening is the fuel pressure gauge has always been steady, but now when driving it seems to be jumping back and fourth a little from it's normal steady fuel pressure postion. There is no return fuel system on my car. I need to get one of these service books. I already had an code of O2 sensor (which is nothing), in which this is why I check my system on a regular bases.

The car is running fine, in which it has an TN kit. The only thing I've done lately is change out the intake manifold from an SSV to an Crawford unit. I luckly already have an appointment with Forged Monday for other stuff, but can't wait. I just like to see more into it for now.

Did you plug the EVAP solenoid back in? The "Circuit Open" means that a sensor has been unplugged usually.

I never had it unplugged. The only thing I unplugged was for the throttle body or drive by wire harness. But I too think it is something simple. I will double check to see if it came loose though.

Just checked. Looks good, nothing wrong there. Now, I do have it floating were it's at right now. For I'm haveing another bracket installed to keep it stationary. For the hole on the Crawford plenum where it mounts is bad. But this should hurt anything at all for a couple of days.
