The choice to go FI is a big decision. Where do you stand?

 

I plan on going FI in the future

only worth it IMO if you plan on holding onto the car for quite some time. Also only worth it if you get the work done at a top notch shop with a great tuner and don't try to push the envelope with what hasn't already been done. That way there's fewer headaches

 

i decided its not worth it. i bet it would be really fun tho. theres always extra expenses that you never see coming.

 

i was planning on doing it, but i decided against it because if something went wrong, my budget would suffer too much
i wish i was out of college making more money :-/

 

i wend for it, after looking and waiting for a great deal.. now im satisfied.... for the most part.

Extremely happy I went with my kit and I'm doing it all over again in a few weeks.

I think if your a stick, theres no reason not to be FI. I'm one of the few with a 5at twin turbo set up. (On a G)... Its a little different, I think once I built the tranny I'll be truely happy with it.

But its like a whole new car!

 

I went FI, regretted it, sold everything, now I want to dive back in. This time knowing what I know now

Went FI a couple of months ago. Stillen Stage 2, rev-up 6mt 2006 GT. I love it....fun to drive. No doubt it cost, but hey if you have the budget....do it. Life's too short to wonder, just do it.

 

Should've had a choice like:

"If I had the money, then I would go FI. But I don't."

I stand by that.
