Default Picked up a alky kit

A friend had a spare alky kit he had bought awhile back and gave it to me. Looks like it will be going on in the next couple of weeks. Going to order a boost pressure switch for it. The setup that came with it reads off the map volts. I figure it would be easier to setup with the switch on my s/c setup. I'm going to run a alky/water mix and get it retuned. We'll see if the stock clutch will still hold or not.

What kit is it? Good luck with it, and please post results, this is something that interests me-more than a race gas map as its much more convenient.

The kit he got is from alkycontrol.com made for gm's and some mitsu's... The kit runs off the volts from the map sensor. That is why i am just gonna use a boost pressure switch to turn it on and off with. It has a dial on the control box to regulate how much you put into the motor.

My friend has that kit on his FC. when it's not running right the car spits alcohol (smells really disgusting and gets all over the cars behind him).
