I was actually being facetious about the can (although it is the best one). The rest of the stuff is awesome, good luck with the build!

Thanks for the support guys. I'll be updating the thread during my engine build / turbo install. The goal is 600whp from an ST setup on a non-sleeved/L19 block. I think it'll be more than capable for my goals... The big question is whether or not the heads will need work, but for now, I'm looking to see what the RevUp 7k redline will do with this setup. Worst case, I'll drop a set of JWT S7 cams / springs / retainers in to the mix and see what I can make with it.

More to follow as things get underway.

That's exactly what I was thinking Polished is nice, but too much bling for my tastes. Jet black will do quite nicely...

Great parts selection, you sure dont skimp. Remind me again what ST will you be running? Id imagine with a goal of 600whp on a ST (race gas I assume?)cams would be almost required to help reach those goals, but Im not sure what kit your running.

for GREAT powdercoating-guy that did my plenum and timing cover, check out www.thepowdercoater.com he has a big seelction of colors and has quick turn around time.

Power Labs ST (see intense motorsports thread). The goal is to push the kit and see what can be done with it. SARD RFS with 800cc injectors (twin-pump) for fuel. I'd like to see 520+ on pump gas / 600+ on race. I think it's completely do-able given that the kit will run with a GT37R. More than enough to hit my goals without running out of steam. I'll look to push it with the stock RevUp heads initially, and if they hold me back, I'll run the S7 cams. We'll see where it hits a wall.

I'm looking at the same guy for my powder coating I'll post up some pics as things get done.

We're both in the running for most time without our cars this year It's all in the name of new things though, so no harm in a little waiting
