It took nearly 45 minutes of driving to finally get a check engine light, and the limp mode/bad hesitation. It is a crank position code error. As I mentioned to Faraz over the phone, we're going to check the crank position connector, and test the wiring tomorrow.

The APS supplied crank position connector had some bent pins, and everything was corroded on the inside. The crank sensor also had some pretty strong corrosion as well. We replaced the connector, and the sensor, and the problem seems to be solved. One of our technicians will drive the car around tonight, just to make sure. Glad it was an easy fix.
