I might. I'm concerned with using a stck of washers as it might look ghetto.

get 'em black... same size, i think it can work out
if you use diff size ones... some rusted ones, some polished ones, mounted in not the same side.... it can look f-ugly

I don't think you would be able to see them anyways.
At least it will help you dial in the thickness you need before you modify the MD stb spacers.
