Help! Not Building Boost!!!
So I was driving my car for a while today. Morning . . . car ran fine, etc, etc.
About an hour ago I turned my car on, after going to a friend's place.
Started the car, didn't recognize anything wrong. So we're driving to my house.
Went to pass a few cars, went partial throttle - BAM - NO POSITIVE BOOST. So I am like "WTF?" . . . . and I downshift and floor my car. Again, NO POSITIVE BOOST. I hear the turbos BARELY spooling, the blow-off valve is barely hissing, and the car is basically going N/A.
I finally floored it to the point where I got 0.6psi, and then 1.0psi (reading from my Zeitronix Wideband).
After some diagnosing I'm thinking possible 2 problems.
1. Wastegate is f@cked up. Staying open and not holding boost?!
2. My Positive Induction tube, which came off during my accident, was replaced. I'm guessing it came off again.
Right now I'm thinking it's my positive induction tube which is the issue. I'm taking it to my friend's shop tomorrow to get a look at it.
As for the behavior of my car, I'm basically driving a stock N/A 350Z. No boost, car feels super sluggish and slow, and I'm a very unhappy camper at this point.
Any help would be appreciated.

if not there, behind your bumper at intercooler end, etc.... hopefully it's that simple.

I've checked over all the visible worm clamps and such.
I'm thinking it's a positive charge tube that I can't see . . . .gonna jack her up in the morning and see what I can find.
Chris - you have a PM.
with a loose boost pipe should the car not struugle to idle and bog especially when going into boost?
maybe its a tear on one of the pipes.
check the pipes especially the ones near where the origional damage took place.
a boost leak kit would be a good idea to pressurise the system and see if it hold the pressure if the pressure drops its a leak somewhere.

+1
Be very carfull not to run it like that again you could spin the turbos to fast and they might fail.
it is most definitely a popped IC pipe. Check where the hot pipes off the turbo feed the intermediate pipe to the intercooler. That is the most likely spot and they can't really be seen without getting under the car.
With the Fcon, the car will run 100% normal even with a massive boost leak. It will not make boost though

Took it to my friend's dealership (he's the head mechanic there); he has the day off so we put it on the freaking lift and diagnosed the issue.
Sure enough, one of the clamps got loose and the rubber connecting the charge pipes to the intercooler was loose and was hanging, giving me about a 1" open hole . . . . .
Long story short, we disassembled a bunch of the piping and re-installed them, some stuff were shoved at odd angles from my little accident. We fixed everything, reconnected everything and now the car is boosting better than ever.
Guess I was worried about nothing.

And seriously screw half the shops out there (not FP, GTM, etc), but seriously I'm so worried about local shops doing shoddy work I swear I am doing 100% of the work myself now, and if it's something I can't do I'm gonna have my gearhead friends help me.
Nice to see you finally got your car back. How is it? You should definitly spend some time under the car making sure everything's sorted out. Nothing rubbing, everything in place, nothing burning up etc.
Cheers.
