Im more concerned about the loudness, or lack of with these exhausts.

I heard the fuji was close to stock sound, and for me that is too quiet, im used to stillen and hf cats.

The tanabe is a 95db rated exhaust without a turbo, so im thinking it would be a little quieter that 95 with the tn.

I dont want it too loud, but i want to hear my motor again.

The Tanabe should more then suit your requirements. Likewise for the Apexi WS2. They are both fairly civilized without being "quiet" under cruise conditions but when you get on it people are going to hear it.

In this ad the apexi ws is offered 60.5 or 80mm tubing, do i have to specify its for turbo applications to get the bigger piping, or is this wrong information.

It also says the apexi is high 80 db sound levels, vs 95 for the tanabe, i dont know what stock is but maybe 95 is too loud. LOL

There is no larger piping for turbo application. With a digital caliper my exhaust starts at 2.75" ID and flares to 3" just before the resonator. It stays 3" all the way to the muffler...
