Unfortunately now with about 40K miles on this suspension it rubs on hard sharp turns, not on fast sweepers. Tires are BFG KDW2 255/285/35 19's, wheels are 19 X 9.5/10.5" +22 offset. Thanks![Wink](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif)

You guys all disapoint me. Anyone can cut out a grill, but it takes some real skill to actually trim the intercooler and make it look like it belongs:

The rock damage isn't too bad if you spend a few minutes every so often straigtening. Usually if I'm waiting somewhere for something I'll take a quick second to fix the bad spots.

how hard is it to cut the plastic and has anyone run into problems doing this. An earlier post said use a razor blade, what did everyone else use? i might try this tomorrow, but i dont want to fck it up.
