I changed the bolt around tonight.
One more question to make sure the pulley is on the right way. That tensioner pulley has a retainer clip in it. Does that clip go toward the front or the rear of the car?

towards the rear of the car.
from the intall ins, 6.I;
"...install the aluminum idler with the bearing retainer snap ring pointed towards the rear of the vehicle."
