Default Do you like your Greddy TT kit.

This is purely a thread to see who is satified with their greddy kit. I'd like to hear from people that have had thier kit for a little while now and see if you are happy with your purchase.

Try to tell me about the kit not the install, cause a bad install could make any kit a disaster.

I have a Greddy kit for 3 months now. However I have never seen it or driven my car with it. But I hear they are cool. Maybe one day I can drive my car with a Greddy TT. Or maybe not!

I love my Greddy.

I had a TN, and sold it.

I am making more power with Greddy, but that not why I like it more.

I like the design of the kit better. Everything is very well designed. nice cast manifolds. don't have to worry aboutmelting A/C lines. there is nothing to move around and rattle. I have no exhaust leak issues. The greddy has all bolted flanges with gaskets, no gauranteed to leak V-band exhaust connections in the greddy! my engine sounds like it can breathe again with the twins on and dual 2.5" downpipes. the expandability of the Greddy is awesome........come on. It'll gorw with you as your power demands increase. imagine 350 rwhp at 5 psi on up to 600+ at 18-20 psi all with the same kit! that says it all right there!!!!

I love my Greddy kit. Loved my Turbonetics on stock block as well, but you just cant compare my 2 set-ups. Its a proven kit you cant go wrong with if you run the correct supporting mods....

Love it although I had no choice at the time as Greddy was the only option at the time but for my needs and purpose I still think I would have chosen it, going on 3 years with built motor recently.

Love mine as well. I am also a former turbonetics owner turned Greddy owner. I could tell you specifics as to why I like it better, but I'll make it simple...I like the twins more in EVERY way except for the sound.

Alright, question for all of you guys that switched from TN to the greddy. Why did you pick thje greddy over the other kits out. Price, availability, power, reliability?

POWER, I blew my stock block, and wasnt gonna build for the TN kit which was designed for a stock motor and not big power. I would have gone with TN Stage 2-but that was put out in public too soon, too many other kits being developed by TN, issues, whatever, the TN stage 2 has no faded out of mosts minds. I chose the proven kit, I dont care if 10,000 other people have Greddy kits, the chances of me losing to one are slim to none

Everytime I drive my car (99% @ low boost) it puts a smile on my face, so Im (still!) very happy and dont regret it.

Get a Greddy setup properly and you will never look back.

It was the best investment I had ever done on my car.

The argument I get all the time is that the aps kit is a more complete kit and even the jwt kit. Me personally, I don't need the EM or the fuel system, I already have a lot of the supporting mods to make big power. So is there really an advantage over these other kits. Is there something on the greddy that is better than the others. They all seem like the same basic design to me.

Now your asking things that have been covered 1000X, as opposed to personal opinions. Good luck...

Right there with you brotha man. Minus the blown stock block. With my turbonetics kit, I was making 381rwhp and 407rwtq.
