I got quoted by a authorized dealer here in Canoga park ca a vortech kit satin with installation 6G. Is that a good deal? Anyone know where I can get it cheaper

I assume this is the full kit? If so, that's a good price. I'm sure that doesn't include tuning.

 

There's no way that can include tuning. But if it is the full kit with the 3.33 pulley, it doesn't actually require a tune. It's tuned out of the box.

Exactly, it's tuned pig rich for safety which he may be fine with if he is looking to minimize cost.

Good price. Tuning should be anywhere from $200-$500, but get someone who is experienced. I got mine done for $200 with the Stock Pulley. I think Church's is the closest dyno tuner to Northridge.

 

I am having the shop installing the kit weld a bung for the 02 sensor so I can get a more accurate tunning prior to the catalyic converters. where is Churches located and are they capable installing the 3.12 pulley and tunning the car.

superchargers online has great deals on vortech superchargers tony is the man dude. I got such a good deal on a tuner kit. I made 454.8 to the wheel thank you Sam at GT motorsports and Tony at superchargers online.
