Like I said, I have spoken to some of the people involved and I have spoken with MrA about some of this stuff. I am not saying I dont believe anyone, I am saying I am going off of my experience with VRT and to be swayed like so many of you here I need to see more than just what they say. In addition to that, how many people came forward because of what they were told by VQ and engineer? Think about that....if you want to take me out of the equation and VQ then you would need to take the people out that were swayed and told things by VQ, right? Sorry if you guys think that is naive, but I think you guys are being ridiculous. So maybe we can leave it at that?

What dont you guys understand about VRT not being able to respond due to legal actions pending? I do not know whether they are against VRT or against other people in relation to VRT? So, no I dont think they can respond.

anyways, i didnt delete the PMs. Like i told u before..learn to read more carefully moron. here...

this is 1month after my car has been in shop before he finally replies and decides to send me my parts. still havent got it and still no tracking# on re-shipment. he say's ill be getting it 'soon'.

brake problem was since i got car. Only passenger side arm got bent due to pothole and other arm is fine. But both arms dont clear the brake, even the good side, and you can tell from the nicks from brake caliper nut...so it doesnt have anything to do with pothole.

Havent changed a thing with the engine since i got it from VRT. Never received dyno from them to confirm hp/trq, AF. Finally did it myself after several promises from MRA. So i guess if im lying then the shops i took to...Full Function, GTM, Infiniti of Oakland are all lying too since there the ones fixing VRT's work.

People came foward because people came forward... it's as simple as that. Some people might be too embarrassed to come forward if they were duped out of $20k+ but when they see others coming out they don't feel as shamed and don't feel like they'll get flamed for trying to tarnish a (supposed) legit business. Say if Forged were doing the same ****, but no one came out and you didn't know of any other incident. If you came out and told what happened who's gonna believe you? You'll get flamed HARD and pretty much dis-owned from the community. Now say that a former employee comes out and say such and such happened. Then you come out and say 'tis true. Now others are gonna come out and back it up since they didn't have to be first. Now all of a suddens there reports on top of reports. Non of these people know each other. Non of them just made up stories how they spent x amount of money and got screwed, all the while their stories are all similar. There's OBVIOUSLY a pattern. Now enter ONE person defending Forged. Now enter the fact that Forged has seemed to drop off the face of the planet. They haven't defended themselves ONCE. Do you see the point I'm getting at or are you STILL gonna try and argue what is going on. It's so ****ing obvious...

 

This is directly from a BAR representative thats workin on my case. From what he said he was lookin for any items that were paid or charged by VRT before Sept06. We'll see what happens....

As for dyno...i'll wait to get it from SAm.

People came forward based on what they were told by VQ and Engineer from what I can tell. Besides fallenromeo and g-x. I think the other stories were all from people influenced by those two. I could be wrong but that is what I can tell. As for VRT dropping off the face of the planet, I dont know why they are no longer a sponsor, maybe they didnt want to deal with this stuff, I dont know. I do know that if there is any kind of lawsuit whether they are defendant or plaintiff they would not be up here saying anything.

 

Navygolf-I haven't been on my350z much until I went FI so I haven't been reading these posts/threads for as long as others. I have been on G35Driver.com and 6MT.net very actively for a couple of years however. In all my time being part of the VQ family and being on all of these forums/boards, I have to say that you are the biggest tool I have ever encountered. Your unconditional nuthugging of VRT is nauseating. If you are not directly defending VRT you are attacking people that say anything negative about VRT. You are quick to ask people that make comments if they have personally dealt with VRT or know someone that has dealt with VRT. Well I personally know someone that was ROBBED by VRT. He is a personal friend of mine, not an acquaintence. He trusted Mr. A and bought into all of Mr. A's bullsh1t. He spent over $20,000 expecting Mr. A to deliver what he promised, a monster street/strip car that would easily be putting down 500+whp. He was promised a brand new JWT TT kit, a full VRT coilover suspension setup and a fully built engine (long block). What he got back from VRT was CRAP!! He got back a JWT TT kit with USED turbos, an almost completely stock suspension setup and a longblock that was definitely NOT what he paid for. When the heads were pulled . . . . stock cams were found, not the aftermarket cams that he paid for and thought he had. The engine is still being torn down so I am just waiting to hear what else he got screwed over on. Mr. A even tried to sell him the exhaust that ended up on FallenRomeo's car, which I found hilarious. He said that he remembers seeing it there. After the car was done, he was told that the car put down close to 550whp on the dyno and that Mr. A even took a vid of the dyno run. My friend repeatedly asked Mr. A for the dyno sheet and the vid and NEVER got either. Mr. A always had an excuse and promised to get it to him later. There was no dyno sheet or a vid of his car laying down approx. 550whp because it NEVER PUT DOWN THOSE NUMBERS. Mr. A lied his *** off to my friend about the numbers that his car was pulling because there was no way for him to justify an over $20,000 bill for a car only putting down 370whp. My friend just found out that is what his car is really dynoing at. Needless to say, my friend is beyond infuriated and legal action is in the works. Here's hoping that you never get screwed/robbed of thousands of dollars Navygolf because then you might understand wtf is going on and stop being such a douchebag.

I've always subscribed to the belief that if you do others wrong in the quest to get ahead, it will always come back and destroy you. I've built up long lasting success through the years by treating people well. By screwing with these customers (which is very much obviously the case here), I hope this Mr.A fellow spends the rest of his like going to court room after court room, giving everything he made and more back to the people he has screwed. And I feel even better knowing I will NEVER have to do this, because I have respect for people to begin with.

There is no need for arguement anymore. Facts and stories have been posted/stated. Peoples opinions on the matter really don't mean ****. They especially don't mean **** if you have NO first hand knowledge of the situation. I have no problem with keeping the thread open because it will hopefully help future owners looking for a shop. But, the BS has to stop. If we have to find another way of notify future prospective customers I'll think of something. I really think a thread would be more helpful warning people in the Cali section.

 

I dont know who that is or what happened and if what you are saying is the truth then that sucks! I wouldnt wish that on anyone. You think I am a tool and I think a lot of these other guys here are tools. If being a tool is asking to see both sides of a story then I am guilty. What is so hard for you guys to understand that where I am coming from is that I have had a good experience and I am just not going to believe what people said especially when I have spoken with some of them and heard VRTs side.

I cant understand why you and others think I am nuthugging anf being a doucebag? Doesnt make sense, I have agreed that all of these stories make me wonder, but I have heard the other side of the story on most of these accounts and I dont know what to believe, that is why I have asked for proof. So g-x says dynos dont lie, but when MrA posted dynos in the past people said they can be changed....I dont know about dynos that much but if people say they can be changed I dont know what to think.

When I had my work done there I had a contract and if anyone is willing to put dwon over $20k without a contract then I think they are being careless with their money. I dont think it is too much to ask for someone to show a contract they had, for instance your friend and then show what was installed. As I have said, if someone can show me that I will post here that I was wrong and apologize. And again, if what I am doing is being a douchebag and nuthugger then, yes that is what I am doing. I look at it as trying to see two sides.

I want to find out more information and if your friend is willing to talk with me I would love to find out what the deal is. Please dont take this the wrong way, but I do want to know the truth. I think there is some truth here, I just dont know what is and what isnt. That is where I am coming from, I have heard the story you talk about in regards to your friend, but I do not know anything more that what you have posted.

Problem is, non of us have heard the other half, because the other half hasn't (and most likely won't) come forward. That's a problem for people looking for answers. We could ask you if you'd share, but I'm sure you won't.

You're not a mediator in this situation so I don't know why you need to talk to both sides to put the stories together. BOTH side should be in here RIGHT now... not just one. The way it's coming off is that you're the "other" side.
