Default JWT and CEL codes

Ever since my JWT install I'm getting a P0440 Evap canister code. The mil only lights up after a while but the code is always there when connecting the scanner. The problem is more prevalent after filling up and I get gas fume smell if I have the windows down after filling up until down to around a half tank.

Any ideas on where to start looking?

Sounds like a leak in the pump area, probably where the boost line was put through or the pump oring is pinched.

The o-ring was changed once. About the boost line should that be sealed with something?

Checked the fitting, looks ok. Where is the evap canister located?

back of the car, in the rear corner on the passenger side.

another thought is whether your car is affected by the fuel hoses recall?

Prior to the JWT install i never had a problem, as far as I know all recall issues should have been addressed by Nissan as I bought it used from a dealer.

I checked the history with Nissan, fuel hose TSB has been performed.

why not take it back to VRT to have them fix it.

1.Is the tank oring expanded.

2.was the fmu line installed properly, if the hole was drill out to much it will leak.its were the nylon line gos in on the pump housing.

I looked at the fmu line, it looks ok. The tank oring is new and does not appear to be a problem. The strange part is that it only happens when the tank is full. Is it possible that the fmu is the problem? The plastic tube is to transmit manifold pressure to the fmu, if the fmu is leaking won't this put pressure inside the fuel tank when under boost? The P0440 code is being thrown because the sensor is not seeing a vaccuume at the sensor. When the tank is full with very little air space a pressure leak would be more evident?

Not sure if you changed exhaust, did you check the fittings on the evap canister?

I filled it up today, drove it 1/2 mile and parked it in the driveway. I look 10 minutes later and it's dripping gas. I found it is leaking at the boost sensing line going to the fmu in the tank.

EDIT

It was the main fuel line that was leaking, the line blew off while driving south on the 15. I got it back on and drove back to san diego, no codes so far.
