Default checking for boost leak

So I think i have a leak problem somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
I am building 5.1-5.2 psi with no problems, but it doesn't go higher (regardless of setting on greddy E-01). I've double checked the solenoid installation, but I'm pretty sure it's still working. I'm receiving voltage from the solenoid duty cycle as it actuates, and when I first installed it a month or so ago...I was building 6psi perfectly when set to 6 in auto.
The car does not sputter and my A/F doesn't do any crazy spikes so I'm pretty sure it's a pre-MAF problem.

I have been using a pressure test kit I made from the old cold air intake piping, and injecting just before the MAF. I thought my problem might have been from the flange area on the MAF, but I've since replaced that seal and it's holding good. I got the piping from throttle body through the intercooler (including MAF and BOV) to hold a solid 20 psi before the cap I made for the kit blew off.

Problem is, when I connect up the the rest of the piping (the small sections that connect to the turbos), I can't get any pressure to hold in the system. I have the front air intake piping blocked off, but it's not working. Is there something else I need to block off as well? I can't hear any air escaping and it's making no sense why I can't hold pressure through the turbos.
I've had the water pipe out a couple times to verify the passenger side charge pipe and I don't see anything. Can't count the number of times I've looked at the driver's side charge.

Is it even possible to build boost if I was having a wastegate problem? If I had a wastegate problem on one side and not the other, shouldn't I still be able to get 5.5 before the one spring lifts?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

umm first of all I hope your not pumping 20psi in to do a boost leak check, you only want to do a few lbs or else you will blow seals.

If a Greddy kit it sounds like stock boost.

What boost are you trying to achieve when it wont go past 5.5?

If it was big enough you would hear it and if after the MAF you would have idle issues.

am putting it in where the MAF pipe connects to the throttle body. The end that would be at the throttle body is capped/not connected. If your talking about the turbo seals, Only the piping up to the turbos was pushed to 20. When I tried with the turbo's connected, I started at 5-10 and it wouldn't hold anything.

Yes, it's greddy. I would agree except for that when I first ran the E-01, I had it at 6set, 20gain and 2.5start and it would defintely hold the wastegates shut longer and shoot to 6 psi very quickly. I could physically feel the difference in the 2nd and 3rd gear pull and the car felt like a different beast when I floored it. It would also hold at 6psi very well....whereas now it doesn't go over 5.2 with the E-01 on the same settings.

I've tried 7 and no change in symptoms.

The auto mode is tricky, I never got it to work on mine, did it do the learning ok?

I would try manual mode and see what it does, set it to 10 (which will be 10% of stock boost) this should get you around 6 psi, if shoots up to quick and overshoots you can set it the gain to 10 instead of 20.

Ya, it comes out of learning mode on the first high gear pull. It seems wierd because it looks like my pull is the same whether the boost controller is off or on (in auto). I havn't tried the manual mode yet but I'll give that a shot today...

Well the manual mode works, but I know I used auto before and it worked like a champ. Pretty sure I'm not crazy =)

Is there something I'm missing with doing the leak test?
