Hey guys,
I just put in a JWT twin turbo in my car. Right now im only running on 8psi so I dont blow the engine. Is there any small upgrades or change the setup of anything in order to turn up the boost and save the stock block from blowing up. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Don't be penny wise and dollar foolish.
funny how 3 years ago, we were pushing the limits with anything past 6psi...engines blowing up left and right...when the ignition harness n the emanage blue was an upgraded added extra option
we have come so far, now running 10+psi on a stock block with just the proper tuning and timing retard....
problem is, some can get away with it for a month, a year, and some a day...upgraded connecting rods and pistons are a major component in longevity and safety with F/I on a vq35... but even that can go bad if the break in, tuning, etc. are not ideal.
i know i didn;t answer your question, just made me think back to the old days. just be careful, be happy with the power you are at, dont get greedy until you are ready to go built.

built ones too!! just make sure a reputable shop tunes the car, it is the most important step you will need to take..

i dynoed 375/380 on my first dyno right after install. i was using a borla exhaust at the time. I then changed it up to a complete 3" single exhaust with an N1 on the end and had it dynoed and it made 400 hp and i dont remember the torque... this was a while ago. I use no boost controller. Now i got rid of that exhaust to because that **** was loud... its sitting in my garage for sale and I put on a JIC magic and it sounds amazing. I havent dynoed it with the new exhaust yet... im very anxious to know tho
