Default Turbonetics Exhaust Set-Up

How would the the Turbonetics Kit with an aftermarket exhaust system be set up?
I currently have a Tanabe Y Pipe and the GReddy Ti-C and was wondering how that would flow if the Y Pipe that i currently have is applicable with TN Kit.
New to the F/I scene, sorry if this thread sounds a little noobish
Thanks in advance guys!

the TN kit as a single down pipe coming off the turbo, it connects up to most single cat-back exhaust systems. So in other words you would not be using your Y-pipe. The down pipe would connect directly to the cat-back.
