It comes with them. All of the newer kits should have install instructions since they include the newer piping.

I don't have them anymore, I think I threw them away when I cleaned out the garage.

I'm not sure if it'll help you but you can find the FULL install instructions here:

If you mean the turbine outlet flange on the downpipe you don't need to pull the turbo to get to those bolts.

sure can. remove the wastegate, and flip it so the outlet of the wastegate faces down. You'll have to remove the "bellows" pipe that feeds back into the downpipe, and use a blockoff plate to cover the hole in the downpipe. then, you just need to fit a pipe to the outlet of the wastegate to dump the hot exhaust out of the way of anything important.

it would be better to install the new TN wastegate relocation pipe though. It is a free upgrade, and it puts the wategate in a much better location for controlling turbine speed.

I wouldn't really call it "new". They shipped them out for free to everyone with original piping on their kits and this was almost two years ago. I'm not even sure if they're giving them out anymore since they offered them for such a lengthy period of time.

Try calling turbonetics and asking if they still have some of the pipes.
