Default built blocks mileage update, especially those that are daily driven or driven often

I am about to build, and given what my engine builder is telling me, 80k isn't out of the question...

These are my build specs:

ARP everywhere L19 mainstuds
Rods (leaning toward Pauter)
CP pistons (9.0)
Hks headgasket
Rev up oil pump
etc...
ATS twin disc carbon clutch
SVR tech open dumps

No cams or valvetrain

We all that said, I hope that 500whp from a dd is achievable, but more importantly, how long have guys with builds ran their cars in terms of mileage, abuse, track days.

I've got 13k miles on my motor since the beginning of april...UTEC is the only thing bothering me at the moment

More than a few spurts on the street.
A visit to the 8th mile.
Driven down to Orlando and back.
Atlanta and back many times.
Everyday driving usage.

I love my daily driver!

My first build lasted about 10K miles; two seasons worth of driving. probably would have had MANY more miles had I not up'd the boost towards 18 psi -> head lift and broken ringland

Second build seems good. I have near 3K miles on it.... and these have been put on in the last 2 months. This is running 15 psi

Z is my play toy, but I play a lot 1 year now, 8500 miles on the motor/set-up. Everytime I get in it I do so with intentions of putting some power down. Drove back from Forged (11 hours), down to Zdayz and back (20 hours driving down and up) and not to mention that weekend the car rarely saw anything under 4500rpm's. Drag strip runs, trips to speed limiter over 30X, MANY trips to VA (2 hours minimum driving time) car is running strong.

As preventative maintenance I'll be changing plugs and air filters before next summer, and the UTEC sucks part throttle. Couldnt be happier with my measly Greddy set-up!

I am considering the haltech, but may break her in for a year or so on the UTEC.

Alberto, your car is awesome, when are we going to have a couple extra videos to see?

Its pretty much done for the winter. Last winter I had the car out and about but breaking loose in 4th is scary! After Z days and mad 2nd gear wheelspin the rear tires are GONE, and I dont want to get new ones and store the car on new tires over the winter. Who knows, maybe deep into winter I'll have an update and an extra hp or two

What do you guys want to see that hasnt been posted?

Just to update on the built block mileage:
Alberto 8500
Djsmitty 13k
Zivman 3k (2nd try, however)

Anyone in the 30-80k range?

im pretty much going with the same parts on my build. im sure if you keep your car running moderate boost levels for regular driving you should be fine. just every now and then crank up the boost. i think it comes down to a good tune and moderation with the right foot ;-)

Oh thought Id add this in. 98% of the time Im in low boost which is 13psi. 15psi is only for special occasions/ I know my car is good for 126-127mph traps at its slowest power setting so unless Im running something serious or feeling like I Want 570ft/lbs, it stays at that 13psi. BTW-you guys know Im hard as hell on my car, religious 3000 mile oil changes with Mobil Euro blend 0w-40 is all I do for maintenance-that and keep the oil level right in the middle.

^^^Sweet. What is perfect compression on a built block with lower compression, is it lower than stock compression?

That very well may sound stupid, but I am far from mechanically inclined, lol.
