Default Dyno #'s

Hey!

Last month I went to the dyno and the car with a little bit of tuning end up with 566 whp @ 14 psi (pump gas)

last night we have the time to correct all set up and the #'s are very good... first was 568whp and end up with 584, all with 13psi

But I have a problem... The car have Profec Type S controller with the 11 psi springs, for some reason I can't put the gain up because the car go up and down when spull up, I have to keep the gain very low to spull up properly, so with the gain low and all open high boost botton the car only get 13 psi...

any info on this?

584 whp @ 13.5 PSI? is this the same dyno you had 460 whp @ 9 PSI on your stock motor?

I do 525whp @ 13, 578whp @ 15psi, that is high power per psi.

Regardless, the PR guys get it done. Use a diff boost controller, the Profec sucks, you've spent so much why stop here?

I have the Blitz and wouldnt reccomend it to anybody. My solenoid box took a dump in less than 1 year, and after replacing worked fine. Now suddenly its overboosting again when on, Im sick of it. Shoulda gone with the HKS....

Thanks for the advice... btw yesterday our group have a little "metting" (the wants that you like Alberto) and I went up racing with a C6 Z06 of a bobby of mine with 560whp, the race was pretty good for my site... we roll from around 60mph and my car spull so quickly that jump like 3 cars up front and stay that way until 150mph more or less... I wish some of you guys that like street racing came down here and see how is done

p.s. let me check if my friend upload the vid from behind of the race.

as soon I know is up I will post it here... I was a little upset with him because he have a Hayabusa and he put the Camera on the bike and record the races very close, pretty good angles but yesterday he went to the meeting in a SUV... let me check if the vid is good for the eye

btw I'm joking about the "street racing down here" because Alberto is like me, have a street race car to race on the street

id say the dyno charts look legit even for the power per psi. they are in STD correction, I bet the SAE correction will drop him about 10hp. I bet the car has stock rear end gear ratio and some mods for improved VE.

PR uses 93 octane gas or did you get 100 oct at the pump? That power curve pulls hard to redline in 4th and the TQ is one of the flattest Ive seen.

Yes we have 93 here but for the dyno I mix it a little for safety... also the Temp. was on 88 so it was normal for us on this season of the year
