I believe I read that too. A preformed silicone gasket that just pops in place. I guess similar to the valve cover gaskets.

Andrew,

They do include a rubber gasket.

Good to know! With as much as I take my manifold on and off, I hate to deal with RTV'ing the end caps!

I am not going to say installing the rubber gasket is the easiest thing to do, but if you have any questions feel free to give me a call. We have installed/uninstalled the end caps a few times.

it's going to be awhile before I test mine, we have customers orders to fill first and I've got some other upgrades I've decided to do first now

Was there more then one stock n/a dyno? Did anyone with a stock n/a engine reach the claimed 17hp gain?

As far as I know most dealers have not received their entire pre-order shipments yet so obviously their are very few if any customers who have recieved their manifolds yet. With that said I think it will be the guys with big FI builds who jumped on the pre-orders early and as a result will be receiving theirs first.

It will probably be a few weeks if not more before you see any NA Dyno results. I don't know how many NA guys plan on purchasing this manifold due to the cost and benefits versus a spacer (from what we have seen so far). At the present time I can only think of two NA cars that are a shoe in for this manifold (Adam and I), and neither one of our cars are anywhere near stock.

How come you guys didn't use a REVUP lower plenum on your build?
Did you do a comparison?

this manifold wont truly shine unless you have a built motor on high boost. for the stock block guys, it'll just look pretty. but thats why we drive Z's right? haha. that was a joke.

Hard to believe it's been a year since anyone bumped this thread. Are Cosworth Plenums any easier to get now?

Has anyone tried/dyno'd a Cosworth plenum on a high revving, built NA engine yet?

What's the deal with this adapter that goes under the Cosworth plenum? Do you need the adapter if you have stock fuel rails with DW 500 cc injectors?

Does using the Cosworth fuel rails eliminate the need for the spacer?

Has anyone measured the inside throat of a Cosworth Plenum? Near the throttle body. Any chance of boring/porting it to 80mm or so?

Is the new/revised Cosworth Plenum out yet? Does the new Cosworth Plenum also need the adapters or Cosworth Fuel rails if using 500 injectors?

We have tested this plenum many times over now. The gains are solid on forced induction applications - as much as 40+whp on higher powered setups.
