Congrats on getting the car back Larry! Trust me brother I know how it is, I haven't had my G for a year now and still looks like it won't be done until the end of January.

Atleast it looks good. I have been without my car for only 2 weeks, I don't see how JETPILOT and Others cope with such a long time. Great to hear you are back in your car JET.

Thanks guys.... I won't be able to drive it for a while. I am going away to europe to fly. I don't know when I will get to drive it much. I think I will part it out and sell the car. I have it back and I am not feeling any love for it.

I have a Mazda Speed 3 and I enjoy driving it more. I don't have to worry about where I park it, who will fix it when something breaks, what driveways at which gas stations I can get into etc... A warranty is a nice thing.

I know the feeling I got me a Scion Xb. I'm totally diggin the gas mileage and ease of finding somewhere to park.

I just meant that he won't have to worry about where he parks it or what gas station he can pull into, etc.

although Larry really doen't need to worry about where he parks it.....crime is almost nonexistant over here. I don't even turn my car off when I go into a 7-11.

Hey Larry, really happy for you to have your car back. It's been a long bumpy road for sure, but hopefully smooth sailing from now on.

As mentioned, our dyno reads about 10-13% lower than a typical dynojet, so I would expect at least 500whp on Jermey's dyno. As I mentioned over the phone, I really didn't think it was prudent to push the engine any harder, after everything you had been through. We did this job at no charge to you, becuase I felt it was the right thing to do. I wanted to make sure you had a nice, safe, reliable tune to enjoy for a long time.

My advise to you, is to let the engine break in a little bit more, switch to synthetic oil, and then have Jeremy@PF work his magic and run some more boost. I have no doubt that there is more power to be had, if that is what you desire. Just be careful. You have been through so much already, and I just want you to finally enjoy your car!

PS: Your stuff shipped out today.

Thanks Sharif,

I changed the oil & filter today. The car had 596 mi from the ride home. Once I get the cosworth intake on it I will retune it. I haven't gotten on boost yet. I am waiting for 1000mi. Everything looks good so far. No oil leaks anywhere.

thanks man, we are sooo slammed right now. trying to do some more big things get a few more miles on the motor larry and then we will set up a date. looking forward to playing with it, just dont want it to turn into anything with me vs. sharif. sharif does a really good job at everything and if he felt like 500 or so for a while is what you need, then he is right.

we will take it up to the next level safely here soon for you...
